Dr. Paulmeno is President of the Connecticut Nurses Association; Chairman of The Patient is U Foundation, Inc., and CEO of Global Health Systems Consultants, a public health consulting firm she has owned/operated since 2009. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing from Quinnipiac University, Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Gerontology, licensure as a nursing home administrator, and has a certificate in Forensic Nursing through the International Association of Forensic Nurses. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, she obtained credentials as a COVID-19 Contact Tracer/telehealth volunteer with the Greenwich Medical Reserve Corps. She is Nationally Board Certified in Public Health, Case Management, and as a Dementia Practitioner. She brings over 53 years of experience and practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in public health, psychiatric nursing, and the gamut of long-term care. She currently works as a Public Health Nurse/Public Health Promotion Specialist, and a Gerontologist. After decades in long-term care, Dr. Paulmeno served nearly a decade as Director of Community Health Planning for the Greenwich Department of Health. She coordinated the planning team wrote the pandemic response plans for Avian Flu, SARS, and for each of the biologic agents of bioterrorism, which included creating a planning template for nursing homes as well as the plan for the mass immunization of the Town. She educated professionals and the public on these plans. She sits on numerous Boards, Advisory Boards, and Task Forces that address the elderly, prevention in the areas of substance misuse, suicide, and problem gambling; and health equity and social justice. She is a member of numerous nursing associations, the International Nursing Honor Society, the Connecticut Public Health Association, and the American Gerontological Society. She was twice elected to local public office and was an appointed State Commissioner on the Connecticut Commission on Health Equity for its 8-year duration. She works with community-based health, public health, mental health, and social services professionals and groups covering people across the age span and those with special needs; she works with law offices and the courts, with medical practices, places of worship, with legislators and with Departments of Health. She co-hosted a local public health radio show, The Sterling Health Show that ran for a year on 1490 WGCH AM Radio. She speaks nationally on nursing, pandemics, COVID-19, aging, dementia, health, and mental health & addiction; she discusses health systems/health reform, leadership; disaster planning, and care coordination. She has been a speaker, a panelist, a facilitator, and a keynote speaker at several conventions and forums.

Nursing Practice

Dr. Travers started his career as a paramedic and then completed an associate degree in nursing from Massachusetts Bay Community College.He then continued on and received a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts. He completed a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus in leadership at Regis College, during his time at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center.In January of 2018 he came on board full-time as an Associate Professor and Community/Public Health Coordinator for Regis College and continues to teach graduate nursing students the importance of Community/Public Health in keeping people healthy and out of hospitals.

Community/Public Health Nursing

She decided to complete a professional nursing training (R.N. - Registered Nurse) at High Barnet School of Nursing after her graduation (general qualification for university entrance [A-levels] at Waltham-Forest Pre-Nursing College). Thereafter followed several advanced training courses before finally completing her second professional training as a qualified Registered Midwife (R.M.). This was undertaken at the "High Wycombe School of Midwifery" and "Basingstoke General School of Midwifery".

Zeljko Vlaisavljevic was born in 1982, in Belgrade, Serbia. He is a Professor at university novi sad. He did BSc-Nurse since 2007, Head Nurse since 2012 , RN, BS HCM( Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management) since 2008 , PhD - of Medical Sciences since 2016.Professor at the Department of Nurses Faculty of Pharmacy Novi Sad 2018. Clinic for Gastroenterology and Hepatology Clinical Center of Serbia since 2007. Head Nurse - semi-intensive care transplantation hepatology Clinical Center of Serbia since 2012. 1. Nursing and Healthcare

Marci Bradley is a Clinical Nursing Director at UPMC Hamot. She has been with UPMC Hamot for 36 years in a variety of roles and is the key driver and mentor for a successful Nurse Leader Residency Program. Marci is a published author and has presented in a number of venues. Marci is responsible for achieving quality patient outcomes in ten large Med-Surg units and has led numerous successful quality initiatives. She received her BSN at Edinboro University, her MSN at Gannon University and is Nurse Executive Board Certified since 2013.

Nursing Management

Dr. Ruth Ann Cangialosi, DNP, MSN, RN-BC has her expertise and passion in psychiatric mental health nursing. Her servant leadership demonstrates her passion for the professional role of psychiatric nursing and her compassion for the mental health community. Her mission and philosophy of psychiatric nursing was built on years of caring for those with mental illness, her experience as an educator, and her clinical leadership in psychiatric hospitals from Arizona to Detroit. Dr. Ruth bases her professional career on Barkers Tidal Model of Recovery. Her values of collective accountability advocacy, research, and leadership are welcomed in servant leadership, higher reliability organizations, improving workflows and procedures while building partnerships with executives, physicians, nurses, unlicensed staff, external customers, stakeholders, and most importantly, the patients.

Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing

Lorrie Blitch has an impressive and diverse career in nursing and as a business owner. She is owner of Magellan Christian Academies for the past 18 years in Phoenix, Arizona and Jacksonville, Florida. Her schools have won numerous awards including Declaration of Magellan Day by the Mayor of Jacksonville, Florida in 2010. Ms. Blitch was awarded the prestigious title of “Top Women in Business” in Jacksonville, Florida by Jacksonville Magazine and recognized in Arbus Magazine as a “Female Entrepreneur." She is a published author of children’s books achieving number one on Amazon. Her experience in nursing is impressive that encompasses critical care, trauma, cardiovascular intensive care, toxicology, administration and management, nursing professor, medical-legal nursing and field hospital nursing. She is a nurse educator for the Banner Health System in Phoenix, Arizona responsible for the education of multiple service lines. Ms. Blitch frequently lectures internationally on nursing topics. She served her country honorably as a Naval Officer for 20 years. Ms. Blitch holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in nursing education and is pursuing a doctorate degree in nurse anesthesia. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Banyon School, New Delhi, India. She lectures on the dangers of academia's "Indoctrination Establishments” and the importance of returning to traditional academic learning.
